Classification and Introduction to the Advantage of Spring Machines
     Coiling machines are the implement of production which produces springs 
and part hardware. Coiling machines can be classified as compressed spring 
machines, all-powerful spring machines, torsional spring machines and
serpentine spring machines.
1.The type of compressed spring machines is different. The scope of wire 
diameter is up to the type of equipment. Compressed spring machines are usedfor producing compressed springs. This kind of machine is efficient and stable.
2.The all-powerful spring machines can be classified as cam spring machines andcamless spring machines. Cam spring machines have two or three axles 
generally and are cheaper than camless spring machine. Camless spring 
machines have eight or ten axles. But its price is higher than cam spring 
machines. The all-powerful spring machines is suitable for producing all kind 
of abnormal shape springs.
3.Torsional spring machines are used less, because they are replaced by the 
all-powerful spring machines. But it has many disadvantages such as low 
efficiency and great limitations if all-powerful spring machines replace torsional spring machines.
4.Serpentine spring machines are used for producing sofa springs and mattress 
springs. The machines are special equipment for this two kinds of springs.
